Cyr Legal Search was founded by Danielle Cyr, Esq. in 2016, after 10 years of recruiting experience, to continue focusing on giving candidates a more personalized, targeted approach for their next career move.

Many recruiters rely on large-scale mass emails, which result in low satisfaction (and results) for both candidates and employers. At Cyr Legal Search, we have a different approach. We like to think of our role as the “matchmaker” between the attorney and their new law firm or company. Our focus is you.

Danielle has 13 years of experience as a legal recruiter (and prior to that, as a practicing attorney). She has spent her whole life connecting people, from introducing business contacts to each other, and introducing friends to their future spouse—and now connecting candidates and clients in the legal field since 2005. Danielle uses this passion to focus on finding the right position for the right person, and the right person for the position.
